In the production of a cd-rom there is plenty of scope to add high quality
music and voice overs, thus developing the atmosphere and excitement
of the composition.
Sounds on internet pages can enhance the viewing experience. Even if
you anticipate that your primary customers will view your web site via
a 56k modem, with careful selection and editing it is still possible
to include sounds for background armosphere or attached to buttons while
maintaining a reasonable load pace.
